If you are in Pokhra, then Phewa lake is a must go place. The lake is very beautiful and you can enjoy boating and can also see paragliders around it. Check out a few pics, we have captured. There is market around the lake which is nice and has many shopping options. There are hundred of hotels, cafes & dance bars out there in the nearby area. 

About The Lake

It is the second largest lake in Nepal, the largest in Gandaki Zone followed by Begnas Lake.Phewa lake is located at an altitude of 742 m (2,434 ft) and covers an area of about 5.23 km2 (2.0 sq mi). It has an average depth of about 8.6 m (28 ft) and a maximum depth of 24 m (79 ft).
